Twister. And A Birthday!!

Last weekend Trace and I played with Caleb and Lexi. Yes, we played. We played a rowdy game of hide and seek. I didn't know how many awesome hiding places my house had. and then we played a short round of twister. It's harder than I remember. Caleb leaves for his mish in a few weeks so I'm gettin as much time with him as I can!

Happy 19th Birthday Cyndi!! Hooray! I woke up super early and made her breakfast in bed. Yes, I can cook, I just choose not to. That night we went to olive garden with friends from high school and college :) it was so great to have everyone together!! After, some of us played psychiatrist at our place. It was so hilarious and so much fun. I sure do love my friends.




Side note. I learned today that I do not have the attention span of a gold fish, that in fact a gold fish has a very long attention span, they simply have a short memory.
I in fact have the attention span of a SQUIRREL.

Squirrels have a one second attention span. However they can focus for four minutes on nuts or acorns.
I can focus for one second on school, and four minutes on blogging.

Happiest Place on Earth, Here I Come

I did it! I'm moving to Florida on August 23rd. :) I got accepted into merchandise, but I am still going to try out to be a character, we'll see!

I stay till January 7th, and I don't really know what I'll be doing till I get there. Adventurous eh?

The Alter Ego.

In case you didn't know, Trace is a rockstar. Not even kidding! A real live rockstar! His various bands have been... The Dream Team, Johnny the MIracle, and the one he focuses most on: Ocean Floor Traffic. Which he's performing with in these. He's a rockin guitar player. Check them out :)



This is me at an O.F.T. concert. I love them. It semi sucks when I have to go alone, but Cynd or Mel can usually come :)



Another side note: just a shout out to Sunday dinners at the Rodgersons. I go once every so often, and we play jenga. haha So much fun!

Long Weekend!!

Hooray for Presidents! I so needed a long weekend. Here's the rundown: on Friday- I went to school, got pretty, drove home, then went downtown for my first Gentleman Ghost show, that's my friends jake and jared's band. It was pretty rockin. Then saturday morning at six freakin AM Trace and I left for Idaho. We were supposed to leave friday night, but the band didn't start playin till ten... and yes I had a hard core anxiety attack when my plans were changed. Anyway, we drove up to Idaho and spent the day cleaning grama's new house, seeing Shoshone falls, napping, and playing games. A very good time. We drove home Sunday morning and it was a glorious day. Yes, I did get some flowers from my Valentine. Even though I despise V-day. I don't think boys should have an excuse to try to make up for the 364 days that they didn't treat a girl like a princess. as cynical as it is... anyway. monday I just lounged around, went to dinner with sisters and mom and then saw Valentine's day. (which was funny, but i would say sub par) Now it's back to work!



Oh, and Jelina thought it would be cute to decorate our room... I suppose it was cute.

Lazy Thursday turned Sour.

I neglected to mention that yesterday I ripped my pants. my favorite pants. inner upper thigh. not ideal. today, after class I had some random mental breakdown. All I wanted to do was talk to one of my roommates and of course came home to an empty apartment and completely lost it, at which point Trace had to listen to me cry until I finally laughed at one of his jokes over the phone. Cynd came home and we decided to fix our super duper clogged bathtub. While leaning in to unscrew the overflow thingy, my phone decided to jump out of the pocket of my hoodie. It was submerged for a good thirty seconds before I realized it. then I just freaked out, put it in rice, went to smiths with cynd, came home with doughnuts, cupcakes, grape soda, and beef jerky. then i went to work grumpy. but now my phone works. thank the heavens for rice. no more lazy thursday. I do not need time to let my mind freak out again.

well. I just proclaimed Thursday my lazy day. I went to my dance class this morning. loving that. then I went to a speaker for extra credit. holy cow it's time for class. well I took a nap and haven't really moved off the couch. go lazy day.

we go to a BYU basketball game and all we get is couples couples couples!!! How stupid. Hey honey, let's go to the basketball game. We could snuggle and not even watch the game!! Stupid people.




Emelia and I decided to be lovers. Then it got weird.



but alas. It was so much fun. Dad and I are so alike it's freaky. We sang Come Together at the top of our lungs, and speed walked through the parking lot.
